りゅうじ2号This is my second repeat. I like it lukewarm, so I drink it lukewarm from the start. The first aroma is sweet and junmai-like. The first aroma is a sweet junmai type aroma, but when you drink it, a gentle sweetness fills your mouth and it goes down smoothly. It is easy to drink, refreshing and gentle lukewarm. This is delicious. No bitterness. The sweetness characteristic of Genmai spreads when you drink it. There is almost no scent. I like the lukewarm version of the Ginjo series the best. It went well with the grilled white fish from a convenience store. Warm snacks go very well with warm sake. It is good both during a meal and on its own. After spending a day at Togakushi ski resort, the warm sweetness is very good for you. I want to drink it again.
