It is a refreshing sake that fits the name "Summer Ginjo". It is said to be dry, but it has a fruity mouthfeel that gives it a gentle sweetness and a refreshing dry aftertaste. You will certainly want to drink it chilled.
You can't go wrong drinking it with sea bream sashimi! The tuna red meat was also delicious.
Kinoene was so good, I'm sure I'll be buying it again.
