As a junmai ginjo, I expected it to have a rich aroma, but the taste was clean and refreshing, in the category of so-called "dry". However, the aroma wafted down the throat. Strangely enough, it goes well with cheese. I do not know the rice used to make this sake. Polishing ratio is 50%.
