Perfect for the end of summer! I am selfishly enjoying sake to the fullest this evening. I guess the quality of sake is very high when it is in the Mizuo class. As one would expect from a basic sake brewer, they never betray their customers. I am grateful for that. So, as a Mizuo fan, I will keep coming back for more versions.
