谷泉特別純米 無濾過生原酒 Orangeラベル
SAMURAIZ
This is the Orange label of Taniizumi from Tsuruno Shuzoten, a brewery near Uchiumi in Okunoto.
There is no sense of gas. In the mouth, there is no sourness or bitterness, which may be a little sad if drunk by itself, but the aftertaste is clean and crisp, just like "Noborai".
It seems to be good when paired with grilled fish with strong flavor.
So we enjoyed it with "sardines with ume plum paste.
