Dorashi is my favorite brand.
Nigori sake is my favorite kind.
If so, there is no reason not to choose it.
I was expecting more of a sour taste, but it wasn't as strong as I expected.
However, I was able to taste a slight sweetness and a refreshing feeling that is typical of "Dosai" (spicy) sake.
Today, I had it with lamb hot pot. It is not overpowered by the meat.
