I bought a bottle at a liquor store in Hirosaki in October and opened it at work.
It is an elegant and clear sake.
I don't think I should drink it in a plastic cup.
Ingredients : rice, rice malt (Aomori Prefecture)
Yeast : Mahoroba Hou Yeast
Rice Polishing Ratio (Koji rice 50% (Hanafukiyuki produced in Aomori pref.)
Kake Rice 50% (Hanamoi from Aomori)
Sake Degree : +1.0
Acidity: 1.5
Amino acidity: 0.8
Taste: Medium mellow
Alcohol content: 15%.
