The other day on our "Minami-Boso Binge Drinking and Eating Trip" we stopped by the Mori Sake Brewery...a quaint little brewery in the mountains...and bought a bottle of "Tobitsuru" at the brewery...orthodox classical sake 🍶 aroma...mamoromi aroma? I wonder if it's the mash? I think the bitterness on the palate is a little bit bothersome...but I guess it's possible to drink it as a food sake...I'm sipping it with a side of grilled eel...
