This sake is dedicated to Suwa-taisha Shrine. Soft on the palate. The first sip is strongly acidic, but after the second sip, you can taste sweetness, and there is a good balance between sweetness and umami. It is a delicious sake that becomes more familiar to the palate as it is drunk.
