In the final phase of Osechi, it is time for Tasake to make its appearance.
The sake has a clear texture on the palate, with a wonderful balance of sweetness and umami. The bitterness is almost imperceptible, and the aftertaste is refreshing.
It is a delicious sake that goes well with a strongly seasoned osechi.
Tonight, I will drink it while making a prediction for tomorrow's Kinpai.
