This year, too, the hana-yosu season has begun.
This is the first bottle of this season.
The first bottle is a Junmai Ginjo Miyamanishiki, which has a pineapple feel from the label.
Junmai Ginjo Miyamanishiki was the first Hanahyokyu I drank in my life last year, so it may be a coincidence, but I am happy to start this year with the same sake again.
Nevertheless, it is still impressively delicious. Sweet and sour like a pineapple with juicy flavor. It is really delicious with a freshness that makes your tongue chatter. I have already bought several other varieties of Hanahyangyau, but if the first one is this good, I have high expectations for the others.
I am looking forward to next year's Hanahyang relay.
