100% Yamadanishiki produced in Hyogo Prefecture. I thought I've been drinking limited edition sake so much that I haven't had any standard sake ......, but I had a cup of it 6 years ago. It's probably the same one. By the way, I won the second prize in the "Gala-pon" at the recent Kozutsuru 300th Anniversary Thanksgiving Party! The pleasant aroma of ginjo wafted around when I opened it. As I rolled it around, I was struck by its richness and spiciness. The top aroma is of grain with a high acidity, but it is not vinegar. Contrary to the smell, but not contrary to it, it is sour, but not "sour" but spicy? The synergy between the richness and the sweetness sublimates the sourness into a delicious taste. Is it slightly yellow? The liquid and the legs are clearly and distinctly yellow.
