＜Sweet marshmallow with a hint of tangy-swirling and a hint of sweetness.
White nigori sake.
The aroma is of a lactic acid drink with the flavor of rice. It also has a banana, rumney, summer tangerine, and mint aroma.
In the mouth, piquant and slightly carbonated. In the back, marshmallow peach coconut, refreshing yogurt and a hint of lemon. All the while, the microcarbonation tingling continues. Ummm... ！！！！
And the mouth-watering aroma that fills your mouth from the moment you drink it is amazing! It's like the fresh sweetness of marshmallow and the subtlety of rice flowers condensed together. Wow!
In the latter half, the umami of the rice is clear. Plenty of sweetness. The bitterness of nigori (bitter taste) is also lovely. There is also acidity. Each of them is assertive, but the overall flavor is strangely cohesive.
It was a wonderful sake. It was so impressive that I unusually had another one.
If I were to use a Ghibli analogy, I would compare it to Kiki (age 17) in "The Witch's Delivery Service. Kiki in the Ghibli movie is 13 years old, so four years later. She has grown up to be prettier and is at the age where she knows love.
