It flows with a thickening sensation, with a cherry sweetness and a yeasty aroma, with quite a bit of sweetness.
There may be a bit of acidity and astringency, perhaps because it was aged in cedar barrels.
It has a strong flavor, so it was really good with steak 🥩.
I'm surprised at the price even though it's ↓↓👀.
