From the appearance, the amount of lees is small.
You can imagine the smooth and silky mouthfeel.
First day of opening the bottle
It is a nigori (cloudy) wine, so as always, be careful when opening the bottle. We opened the bottle carefully.
The bottle opened safely with a good sound.
When I mixed the lees and poured it into a glass, it didn't have much of a swooshiness to it.
The aroma is ramune.
When you take a sip, you will find that the cider has a light-hearted ramune flavor.
It's not that I don't like it... I don't hate it, but I selfishly imagined that if it was this sweet, it would be a little more sparkling with lees activity, or a little less sweet if it was to keep the swooshiness in this state.
It's delicious, though.
