It was hot today, early summer weather.
After a rest day, I had a light one cup.
It's an extra cup of Takashimizu that I bought before.
But it's not aluzoe, it's unfiltered junmai-shu.
Rice polishing ratio 60%.
Alcohol content 15.5 degree
It has a sweetness and bitterness in the mouth.
It also has a good sharpness. The wildness of Takashimizu is good.
I am not Chichi-san, but I feel like drinking iron❗️.
The weather is good, the beer and the knob is good.
We ate frozen edamame, fresh tomato salad, grilled yagen cartilage, chilled tofu, and pickled soybeans.
One cup is not enough, it's time to start drinking ponzu 😊.
