I buy it when there is cold chrysanthemum. It's a bit more expensive than the usual OCEAN99 because it's pure large😅.
It's a juicy, ripe tropical fruit, and that's exactly what it is.
It has a gorgeous aroma and a sweetness like pineapple🍍. It's really fruity with no cloying taste.
It is more like a light snack than a food wine. I paired it with some herring roe cheese that I bought at an expensive supermarket. I recommend the cheese as well as the sake.
