This is the first rice wine.
It is brewed with sake instead of brewing water, which gives it a sweetness.
It was so sweet with a hint of acidity that I almost finished a bottle. It is delicious.
Not as sweet as dessert wine or ice wine, it became a favorite that I could drink with ease.
I liked it so much that I had three more bottles.
