The 8th Japanese Sake Festival @ Osaka Bay Tower④.
Kiso-Mikawa" booth in Aichi Prefecture.
Kisosangawa, you read Kisosansen, right?
My first brewery.
Kiso Sansen Junmai Daiginjo Buryo Tougen
When I asked which one I should drink, I was told that this one had won a gold medal in the New Sake Competition, so I tasted it. The aroma was delicious, the taste was smooth, and it had a thick, rich sweetness.
Kiso Mikawa Junmai Ginjo Nijiiro
The sweetness and a little sourness give it a light mouthfeel with a hint of bitterness.
Kiso Sangawa Ginkgo Flower Yeast Junmai Sake Princess Ginko
This was the first time it was unveiled. The light mouthfeel made it seem low-alcohol, but it was 10% low-alcohol. It has a sweet and sour taste.

Hello Nemuchi!
I've been called T.KISO about 6 times if you include the beginning 🤣I'm reminded of Nezutchi's former partner when I see the letters Kisosangawa 🙄.
