It doesn't have a dry taste at all, but rather a refreshingly sweet taste that is easy to drink!
It doesn't have a Junmai Daiginjo feel to it, and has a strong unfiltered Nama-genjo-style flavor.
Although it is said to be a pure sake, the gassiness is moderate, and it really gives an image of being in the middle of the range!
My friend was so pleased that she finished the whole bottle in one day!
It was a bit pricey, but the taste was worth it!
They wanted fish for the entrée, so I prepared sushi from the supermarket 🍣.
