Koeigikuスノウクレッセント

I searched for a store near my house that carries Koei Chrysanthemum and finally found a liquor store.
I asked the madam which one she recommended. I asked her.
She replied, "This year, I think the most surprising one is Snow Crescent. She replied, "The most surprising one this year is Snow Crescent.
After a few days after I bought it, I finally opened the bottle and ⁉️....
I didn't even shake the bottle and the cork popped out like a sparkling wine!
Eek! I usually don't get this much of a fizzy feeling.
On the palate, acidity prevails, and compared to Anastasia, there is less aroma, but for a wine with 13% alcohol, you can sense a strong flavor rather than sweetness. That's why it can be drunk in large gulps.
When I tipped the bottle to add some snow, it fizzed again! What is this secondary fermentation? ^_^
I found another delicious sake.
I will definitely repeat this experience.
5.5 stars!
