Snow Christmas at Red Takeshi, which I received again this year. We didn't get it for Christmas lol.
By the way, we finished drinking it on the 29th because we had a wine party the next day.
It has a fruity, apple-like taste that is typical of Akabu, but with a moderate sweetness and a slightly creamy taste due to the light nigori, making it a very well-balanced sake.
Snow Extra is a nigori sake, so I look forward to drinking that as well.
