I was drunk after the first sip 😂I personally don't have the image of the moderate flavor, drinkability, and sharpness of black beef (the specs are too different), but it was fresh. I have the impression that the sake wins unless it is very strong. It is a 50% Yamadanishiki Daiginjo, but I felt it was 7.80%.
