Sake from Tochigi that I have never seen before. I looked it up and found that it was aged for five years in a cave. So the label on the back says "5". I thought there were two kinds of aged sake: gentle and aggressive, just like human beings. This one was the gentle one. I was told that it tastes best at room temperature, so I drank it slowly, but it didn't last long enough to tell the difference.
