ラル大佐
When I uploaded a previous version of Sei, Rikigon-san recommended this one to me. According to the president of the liquor store, it is a very cost-effective sake, so my expectations for it were undeniably high. Today is our Hoya Festival! Grilled, steamed, and sashimi! This is the best time of year for sea squirts, as their flesh is getting thicker and they are starting to hold eggs. The aroma is almost imperceptible. The mouthfeel has a rich umami, a refreshing citrus acidity, and a citrus aftertaste, which slowly changes to bitterness and a slight astringency, and then it is cut off. It is quite an interesting sake with both a solid stability and a citrusy lightness. It is certainly good in terms of cosmetics. I am looking forward to drinking it again after a few days, when the sweetness will have settled down. I can't drink it for a few days from tomorrow, so I'm looking forward to it when I get back home. Thanks for the treat!

Manachy, good morning 😁. Seriously, yesterday's Hoya was amazing ✌️The thickness of the meat and the richness of the flavor was outstanding😄. This sake has a velvet label and the cost for a four-pack of jungin sake is only 1300 yen 🤘.
