Super dry junmai sake. Since we're staying at a guest house in Mutsu City, we naturally thought we'd be able to eat fresh fish, so we brought in a bottle of Hidakami Dry Junmai. It's a crisp and clear sake with no bitterness. But you can really feel the flavor of the rice. It doesn't interfere with the sashimi, but enhances it with a little lingering taste. We drank it down. The sashimi was yellowtail, sea bream, scallop, octopus and squid.
