叫ぶ蝶
It's lightly sweet and chili, and because of the 16% Alc, it has a strong bitter aftertaste that is sharp. It is delicious.
The bottling is done in a vacuum barrel at a directly-managed store, and the bottles are thin and the sake is poured just to the edge of the bottle mouth. It is nice to see that they take care not to oxidize the sake as much as possible.
