Saturday's opening🤭.
When opened, the aroma of the same CEL24 yeast as Kameizumi is still the same ❗️
But still......it's not the same!
The aroma is almost the same, and when you take a sip, it's not similar...at all! It's not a raw sake... 😨.
Of course it doesn't have the piquancy because it's not a pure sake, but this Kurei is more of a umami type of sake for a meal. ❗️
I think the sweetness is about the same, so the range of dishes it can be paired with is quite selective...hmmm...maybe a light salted edamame (🫛) wouldn't interfere with it😅.
It's the same CEL24 but totally different from Turtle 🐢.
It's delicious, but it's hard to judge this one, it's a bit of a mixed bag 😓.
Is it a food wine or a fruity after-dinner drink...I think I'm in the middle of the two 💦.
I'm sure Kurei-san is more of the former, so...hmmm....

Sweetness! I don't know if it's more sweetness or more umami...it just seems sweeter than the first day....
