My favorite liquor store started carrying it, so I've been buying it for a while 🎵.
I had the Saku Masa no Tomo Junmai Ginjo.
The nose has a gorgeous young melon-like ginjo aroma.
In the mouth, the refreshing sweetness fills the mouth, but the astringency follows soon after, and the astringency dominates in the last half of the bottle, and it wears off quickly.
It is delicious!
It has a good balance of umami, sweetness, acidity, and bitterness, and is mild on the palate, making it easy to drink 👍.
Today's entrée was tuna fillet, and I personally think it is suitable as a food sake because it seems to enhance the flavor and fat of the tuna.
After all, sake is delicious ❤.
