Niji niji" is a junmai sake from the Origin series that pursues a traditional taste. The concept is to "reconstruct the taste of Tedorigawa, which has been loved for 150 years. Just as anyone would be pleased to look up and see a rainbow or a star in the sky, we aimed to create the original flavor of Tedorigawa, which has been loved for 150 years.
Aroma and Taste
We aimed to create an everyday sake that bridges the gap between food and conversation, like a rainbow in the sky. This junmai sake is characterized by its soft and clean flavor. The sweetness of the rice is followed by a dry umami taste that spreads out slowly.
Label and bottle
A rainbow is depicted on the label, which is synonymous with Tedorigawa's labels, with Hakusan and rice paddies.
