Junmai sake from Hakutsuru.
This is also a fire-aged sake🍶.
The top aroma is slightly sweet.
When you drink it in the mouth, it has a slight acidity and a slightly mellow sweetness.
Slightly dry with a clean aftertaste.
It doesn't have the glamour of nama-shu, but it's nice to have a calm fire-aged sake once in a while.
It was delicious 🍶✨.
