bouken
I bought it because it looked rare.
They said it was made by a pair of young employees who went through the sake brewing process as a kind of training for young employees.
Unlike the regular 30%9 sake, this sake seems to be a pure sake. It is fruity and thicker than the usual Otter Sake. It is not thin, but has a strong umami and Otter-like flavor.
I think I prefer it to the usual Otters. It seems that the employee in charge switches to a different version depending on the time of the year.
