If you say it is sweet, it is sweet, but because you can feel the acidity slightly, you will not get tired of drinking it.
My wife, who doesn't usually drink that much, drank a lot and got drunk unusually (lol).
It's not bad to pair it with a meal, but I think it's the kind of sake you want to enjoy slowly on its own.
