This is the first bottle of fall sake this year.
I was told that no natto bacteria is used. That's not surprising.
Unlike the appearance on the label, it is fruity, refreshing, and easy to drink.
It is easy to drink at first, but a bit of spiciness follows later.
The alcohol content is 17%, but it does not feel strong at all.
It has been a long time since I have tasted a local Miyagi sake, but it was delicious!
