Happy New Year to everyone at Sake-no-Wa!
I opened the first bottle of the new year with a new Tasake.
I was excited to have it for New Year's, but it was overwhelmingly impressive.
It has a gorgeous ginjo aroma and a clear, rich sweetness.
Since it is a bottle, I am looking forward to changing the taste.
