Jikin Junmai Ginjo Yamadanishiki Hi-iri. The aroma is fresh, fruity and relatively gorgeous. The smooth texture on the tongue has a tangy acidity, and the well-balanced umami and sweetness spread out afterwards. The balance of acidity, umami, and sweetness from the mid-palate is pleasant and slowly fades away with a light bitterness. The aftertaste is also pleasant with a light sweetness and lingering bitterness. It was the image of the royal road of Jikin.
