I found a "Tasake" that I once wanted to try, bought it as a reward for myself at the end of the year, and finally opened the bottle.
The aroma is mild and not very pleasant.
When you put it in your mouth, a slight gasiness, sourness, and umami spread in your mouth, and the aroma is pleasant and fluffy on the nose.
When it goes down the throat, it gently leaves a bitter taste.
I felt it was a well-balanced sake that I kept pouring one more and one more.
