I was told, "It's the kind you drink in a wine glass."
So I tried it. I'm pretty discerning, aren't I?
Sweet. And this is as close to wine as you can get.
Oh my God, even Japanese sake has this kind of taste!
Well ... There have certainly been many in the past, but this Hakurei, really, is still a lovely thing.
