The tour of the brewery was a visit to a museum that exhibited sake brewery tools used in the past, but when we applied for the 1,000 yen sake brewery tour plan by Jalan, we received this sake and a premium sake tasting as a souvenir. The regular tour alone costs 350 yen, and the tasting is also charged, so it is a good value for money👍.
We enjoyed this sake on the bullet train on our way home!
It had a fruity sweet aroma of melon and muscat. It has a strong alcohol taste and acidity, giving the impression of a dry, refreshing sake. It has a delicious rice flavor, but I could not detect any bitterness. It is suitable for a mealtime drink. I enjoyed it at room temperature, but I thought it would be a good sake to warm up. Thank you for the sake!
For souvenirs, we bought the junmai ginjo sake that we liked the best out of all the sake we tasted, and we also received the sake seal.
