ジョナジョナ
Shizen Shu" is a raw sake. Sake without additives brewed with brewer's yeast.
It has a clear, clean, sweet aroma. It has a gentle sweet and sour taste with a delicious crispness. It has a clean taste that does not remind one of 85% polished rice.
It seems to go well with dishes that are not too rich. I happened to make yellowtail radish (without boned inside) and it was just perfect. Of course, it is also perfect on its own.
