Comparison of Tasake. The sake on the far right.
The aroma is very fruity compared to the Junmai Ginjo-shu in the middle.
The mouthfeel is surprisingly slightly stimulated by alcohol. In general, it is a clear and dry sake.
Personally, I prefer the junmai ginjo Akita Sake Komachi.
It went well with grilled yellowtail with kama.
