The company was established in 1945 by merging 14 breweries in the Murakami Tax Office under the National Mobilization Law.
The company is famous for being the first in Japan to market ginjo-shu (ginjo sake).
TAIYOZAMORI Special Junmai Namaizume

A special junmai hiyaoroshi. It is clear and has a lot of flavor. The spiciness lingers for a long time.
TAIYOMORI Junmai Ginjo
Soft and clear on the palate. It has just the right amount of aroma, softness, clarity, and clear spiciness. It is a sake with the image of TAIYOMORI.
Koshino-Matsudoro Dry Special Honjozo
Orthodox and full-bodied. The spiciness is clear.
