Today we will have sake sent by my parents.
It is the first Yamazan. It seems to be made with Kinmon-nishiki.
The aroma is juicy, with hints of vanilla and apple. The acidity is also very good.
The acidity spreads softly on the palate, and the umami comes later and finishes it off. The aroma is good.
It seems to be easy to match as a food sake 😊.
I've paired it with vegetable oden and grilled fish.
