The name "Tianqing" is said to be an expression of the ideal celadon color of the Chinese emperor of the 5th Later Zhou Dynasty, and when I sipped it, I found it to be a great sake with a mellow fruitiness or fruitiness and a full-bodied flavor. It is a good sake with a lingering, not unpleasant bitterness that lingers in the mouth. The label is crazy, but it is delicious.
