Recently, when I came to Tomakomai, I always went to a buckwheat noodle restaurant and drank sake, so tonight I went to a new restaurant.
We found it!
A restaurant that serves delicious seafood, including sashimi!
They have only 7 kinds of Sake including Hokkaido Sake!
We ordered the ones we liked first!
I was most interested in the classic Sentori!
I was right on target!
Not much of a ginjo aroma, but it was soft, fresh, and juicy on the palate!
This is delicious 😋!
Fresh sashimi and grilled oysters 🦪!
I'm tasting Senkou while contemplating what to drink after this 🍶.
Knowing what to drink after this .
Another face of Sentori, Classic Sentori, is the counterpart of Modern Sentori. It surpasses the Modern series in terms of stability and wide compatibility with food. Mukonin" is the standard of the Classic series.
Mukun" means "pure," meaning that there are no impurities such as gold or silver, and that it is simple. The gold and silver in Senkyoku are Kamenoo, Omachi, and Yamadanishiki, while the simple standard is mukonin. Despite the simplicity of the standard, we use Yamada-Nishiki grown in the same water system as the brewery's brewing water, and we use the "Namahashime Kimoto" method of brewing, which means that we take great care with the ingredients and the time and effort. It has a light, fresh fruity aroma. It is reminiscent of muscat and green banana.
Ingredients: Yamadanishiki produced in Sakura (Domaine Sakura), Tochigi Prefecture
