We will be having sake from Ishikawa.
It was the first liquor store I visited, and they told me that they keep their customers' sake and age it at room temperature in the store. I bought it from a place that has a relatively matured-oriented lineup.
The aroma is sour and grape-like rice?
When I sipped it, there was definitely a bit of grape, but it didn't spread to my nose as much as I had imagined, and it was smooth. The taste has a strong sweetness and umami of rice, the Junmai-shu-like flavor, and a nice sharpness at the end.
Even when heated, the richness of the flavor can be felt and enjoyed.
