It is slightly fruity and dry. As the label on the back says, it also has a mineral taste. Although it is recommended as a "medium sake" to be served with seafood, I thought it could also be served as a main sake by itself. I guess this is a difficult time for sake rice, as it was born in Ishikawa Prefecture, but I hope it will develop in the future.
