おふじPersonal preference 3.8/5 Rice: Domestic rice Rice polishing ratio 55 Alcohol percentage 15 I was on a trip to Yamagata this past Saturday and Sunday: ✈️ It was warm and cold this year, so there wasn't much snow... I was worried about being able to go snowboarding (although I ended up enjoying it as much as I could)... On the first day, we walked around the station area and went to Denshichi. They serve only courses and have a huge variety of sake ✨. The first sake I had was Asahitaka! Since I came all the way to Yamagata! ✌️ It's less fruity than the Jyushidai, but it's easy to drink with a gentle sweetness! This is a honjozo! The rice course was refreshing with boiled and cooked wild vegetables, and it was well-balanced and easy to drink! It looked like a place for locals to relax, and my girlfriend and I were a bit floaty, but the food was delicious! Thank you for the food 🙏!

ポンちゃんHi Ofuji 🐦. I see you were there with your girlfriend ❣️ the drinks, food and snowboarding are even better than usual 😁👍But then again, it's quintessential Yamagata! It's great to be able to drink this sake normally ✨

おふじGood evening, Pon-chan. Yes, JAL's early bird discount is 13,000 yen for a round trip. ✈️ Zao Onsen was fun too, I want to try Ginzan Onsen next time 🔥. Sake is also delicious in Tohoku 🎶.
