Pink summer yago. The liquor store went out of their way to stock it for me. They were only planning to stock the low alcohol 13 series. When I asked if they were planning to stock the original sake, they placed an order. They ordered it for us. Thank goodness. The aroma is lactic acid bacteria type. The aroma is lactobacillus type, and the sweetness is moderate, but the flavor of the rice is well expressed. Even though the label is catchy, Izumihashi is difficult to describe because they make sake with a traditional flavor by using the traditional sake brewing method.
