Sake from Fukushima
Naraman Junmai Ginjyo Namaishu Sake Mirai
I have wanted to try this sake for a long time.
I was interested in this sake because it is made from Sake Mirai rice, which is produced by the Takagi Shuzo brewery of Jyushiyo. There is a story that only breweries approved by Mr. Takagi are allowed to use it, but I do not know the truth.
The aroma is not very strong. The taste is crisp rather than mellow. It has a faint sweetness, followed by sourness and bitterness.
It doesn't seem to have much character.
I don't think I will drink it again.
